Implemented an authentic ACARS and CPDLC datalink system for a simulated Cessna Citation (G3000/5000), including message parsing, GOLD-compliant CPDLC flows, and ~80 custom pages for realistic operation.

Converted a decommissioned Swedish SK60 trainer jet into a mixed-reality simulator by powering original aircraft systems with 28VDC, interfacing cockpit controls to DCS, and combining real instrument hardware with VR canopy rendering.

Restored an OEM Honeywell 737 MCP for external simulator interfacing using an ARINC 429 interface card over ethernet, programmed through Aviologic with Python transmit and receive handlers.

Restored an XKD Display Solutions 737 display unit by reverse engineering its timing requirements, generating the required signals with a Raspberry Pi 5, and feeding it rasterized imagery from X-Plane over ethernet.

Built a hardware-software bridge connecting a physical Boeing 737 MCDU to X-Plane simulator via RS232 and Python, enabling authentic cockpit interaction.

Reverse engineered a SIMTEK Boeing 737 NAV panel with unknown firmware and protocol, extracted the MCU, decoded the command frames, and wrapped it in Python for X-Plane integration.
